equalhealth Kreyol CLasses
EqualHealth offers two levels of Haitian Kreyol instruction and individual tutoring for Kreyol learners in the Boston and Miami areas. Classes meet weekly, and feature an interactive learning style offering tools to begin speaking, or to expand skills.
Payments are donations to EqualHealth. Materials are provided free of charge.

Course: Level 1: Beginner Haitian Creole
Dates: Tuesdays September 5- November 7 (10 weeks)
Time: Tuesdays, 6-8 PM

LEVEL 1: BEGINNER HAITIAN CREOLE
Level I is appropriate for students with no background in Haitian Creole, or those who speak French and want to transition into learning Haitian Creole. Students will learn how to read, write and speak basic Creole with our amazing teachers
LEVEL 2: BEGINNER PLUS
Level II is appropriate for students who feel comfortable carrying on basic conversations in Haitian Creole or have taken the introductory course and would like to enhance their Haitian Creole skills. Level II offers conversation and may include reading/writing .
Content may include medical interviewing, Haitian culture through food, Haitian film, Haitian Politics, traveling in Haiti, Public health concerns and solutions. Haitian Creole speaking patients may attend the course providing authentic clinical scenarios. This course is modified and changed every semester to accommodate returning students.
